Eric Wadsworth, Executive Chairman

Eric is a qualified Chartered Accountant, whose early career was spent in the auditing and consulting arena with PWC. He has extensive experience in the financial services industry and held the position of Finance Director at Aegis Insurance, where he was responsible for the financial and procurement divisions of the group. In 1997, Eric acquired his first company, eQuals Group, focusing on providing end-to-end administration services to the insurance risk carrier industry, establishing the company as a market leader. He gained extensive experience in the Insurance, motor and property market, most notably in the area of supply chain management in insurance related processes.

After joining Innovation Group plc., a global provider of technology and outsourced solutions, Eric gained extensive global experience through various roles, including CEO of South Africa, CEO of North America and Global Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the Business Process Outsourcing division of the group.

In his personal capacity, Eric is a Trustee the READ Educational Trust. READ is a non-profit organisation committed to improving the educational attainments of African pupils. This is achieved by assisting under-performing schools, to transform into successful learning centers, through community-based educational interventions, with sustainable long-term effects.

 

Michael D Beck, Chief Executive Officer 

Prior to becoming President and CEO for The IQ Business Group in 2008, Mike was Senior Vice President at CGS Redmond Technologies with overall management responsibility for the company’s technology sales and services. In 2003, Mike was President and CEO of Trusted Edge Inc, a software company providing solutions for information lifecycle management that was sold to FileTek in 2007.

Mike was Chief Operating Officer of Dimension Data North America, a $500 million revenue division of the technology product and services company. Mike joined Dimension Data through acquisition of Proxicom, a $225 million revenue global technology consulting firm. In his role as COO and EVP of client services and a member of the executive committee, Mike and his team led the transition of Proxicom from a private to a publicly held company. During his tenure at Proxicom he was responsible for the establishment of vertical industry practices and oversaw all aspects of sales and service delivery. Mike was one of the original managers at Proxicom, a company that, over a five-year period, grew to more than 1 200 employees and was recognized as one of the true successes of the early internet wave.
